EBF and pumping

I am currently EBF ds who will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. I pumped 10 min this morning after his morning feedind at approx 10AM and got 4oz. Not sure if thats the norm also how ofren do most EBF moms pump and generally what time of the day? I just want to make sure there i enough milk for ds but would also like to start a supply for him for when I give him bottles.
I'm sooo lost I forgot what I did with dd.

If you only want to pump to build a supply then I would pick two feedings and pump right when he is done eating. Everyone pumps a different amount, some people are "good" pumpers, and some have to really work at it. It sounds like you are one of the "good" ones. You will probably get more milk earlier in the day as the milk supply dips at night. So I pump after the first morning feeding at around 6 am.

Thanks so much. DS gained 2 lbs in the past 2 weeks he def getting enough milk my ped said if he was formula fed he would tel me to slow down lol! but since I ebf just keep it up lol!
I jut want to build up milk in the freezer for when i stop bfing i have 4 under 4 so its sooo hard to bf but i wanna try at last 3 months, 1 down 2 to go!
