EBF or pumping mommmies

My DD will be 8 months on Thurs. She has not had a drop of formula ever. However, my pumping sessions at work are becoming almost point less. I get maybe 2 oz every time I pump. My DD doesn't seem to have a problem when I am home and nursing her but I am still nervous she isn't getting enough. I am also nervous that I am going to have to go to formula for a brief time because I am not making enough to make her bottles.

I am not sure what has caused this I have had a cold for about a week and was taking Robitussin but according to the website and Kellysmom.com it should no have effected my supply.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think my supply will come back? What would you do?

I think, but am not sure, that Robitussin can dry up your milk. You might want to start taking fenugreek and More Milk Plus or Mothers Milk Tea. That should help, but it doesn't work for everyone.

Also, try and pump for 20 minutes after every nursing session for 4 or 5 days straight, and continue to pump as you normally would at work (or squeeze an extra session in if you can). That helped my supply tremendously.

Could you be getting your period? My supply would definitely take a hit when AF was coming.

ugh, it is so frustrating. I don't think I am getting my period as I just had it a couple weeks ago. thanks for your thoughts though
