It amazes me how neighborhoods can differ so much..just from LI to Queens. We have about 10 cats on my block. They keep to themselves, dont bother any humans or other animals. There is a cat lady who feeds them at night and in the morning. I like them around, they keep the rats and mice away. Each one "lives" in anothers yard...we have a grey one..hes back there every day. ALthough his urine STINKS..its just a normal day here. No one thinks of trying to get rid of them.
