snack: ww yogurt
lunch: lettuce with goat cheese, craisins, pistachio's and homemade balsamic vingerette dressing
snack: apple slices with peanut butter coffee
dinner: pasta i fagioli soup minus the pasta

I'll jump in here
Im following WW CORE.
Breakfast - Banana, 2 slices whole wheat bread (never got to toast it ) Coffee w skim milk, no sugar
A.m. Snack - a tangerine & an apple
Lunch- Progresso soup ( 1/2 can) Chicken barley (these are WW CORE). also added in my own ground turkey meatloaf w tomatoes, carrots & zucchini.
PM snack - Curves granola bar.
Dinner- Tilapia w teriyaki sauce. baked potato. tomatoes, peppers.
coffee w skim
I drink water throughout the day.
can anyone on WW Core, mention it on their log ?? or maybe at the top of the log we can note what we're following, if any.

Breakfast a cinnamon raison bagel with butter and strawberry jam 1cup of coffee
snack- high fiber oatmeal (mid morning)
Afternoon snack chexmix strawberry yogurt (100 calories)
Lunch- Chicken noodle soup orange 1 peanut butter wafer (90 calories)
Dinner- Friendlys ( Yes bad girl ) Chicken bbq supermelt
No snack

Okay, going to start today! I still have 4 lbs of holiday weight, and I'd like to lose my last 20 lbs.
1/9/09:
Breakfast: 2 wasa whole grain crackers with peanut butter and drizzled with honey. coffee.
Lunch: salad with broccoli, pepper, mandarin oranges, chicken, 2 TB lite bleu cheese dressing apple pepper jack cheese stick
Dinner: Have not decided yet.

Lunch was a Lean Cuisine Pizza
Snack 2 was a banana -
Dinner was homemade chicken 'unfried' rice.
And I skipped dessert.
For TODAY:
Breakfast was a nonfat yogurt smoothie
Snack 1 was applesauce
Lunch was a 3oz cheeseburger and a small order of fries
Snack 2 was a Chex Bar
Dinner was:
Marinated Pork chop Baked Sweet potato Sugar snap peas Sliced cucumber salad
Dessert will be a WW Fudge Bar.

lunch: salad w/ chicken
dinner: went out to dinner- ordered a yummy salad w/ grilled chicken. YUM YUM
dessert: went to Ben and Jerrys, had a s kids size Frozen yogurt (and only ate half )

trader joes honey of O's for breakfast 1 cup of coffee.
Lunch- Trader joes better n peanut butter on seasame ezekiel bread ( Trader joes) and 1 cup of sweet potato bisque (Trader joes) I know all of my stuff is trader joes..lol
snack- 2 celery cut up with french onion laughing cow cheese.
Dinner- chicken enchilada suiza (smart ones meal)

I went COMPLETELY off the rails yesterday. Birthday party did me in.
Morning: WW Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich cup Skim milk
Snack 1: Apple Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
Midday: Turkey and Swiss on wheat wrap w/ mustard Sugar Snap peas and baby carrots WW Yogurt
Snack 2: Banana dipped in wheat germ/crushed flax.
Dinner: Hot dog with kraut/mustard Potato chips Pretzel stick Sweet pickle chips Baked beans
Dessert Strawberry filled birthday cake.

Breakfast- special k strawberry waffles 2 each with i cant not believe its butter and strawberry syrup 1 cup of grape 1 cup of coffee
Lunch- fresh mozzerella on a hero a few tostito chips
Dinner- w.w. smart ones turkey with stuffing 1 cup of soup trader joes sweet potato bisque.
snack- maybe nothing.

Morning- 8:30am cheerios 2 bowls 1 cup of coffee
12:00 pm snack 1 celery stick with laughing cow cheese pineapple&creme parfait
Lunch-1:30pm half a sandwich on a roll chicken cutlet and mozzerella 1 cup of grapes.
Dinner-6 pm 3 pieces of manicotti ( fresh from a&s)
Pm snack-w.w. cookie dough Ice cream and a chex mix bag (100 calories) The bag i already had the ice cream in a few minutes.
Water all day long and Hot tea.

Wed 01/14 B: Special K bar and tea S: Breakstones cottage cheese with pineapple L:Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice Soup S: Snyder's pretzels 100 calorie pack S: handful of soynuts D: 1 cup of butternut squash soup 1.25 cups of chicken and rice S: 2 pieces of crystallized ginger for my sweet tooth!
64oz of water through out the day
I stayed under my calories for the day, eeven though I wasn't prepared for the butternut squash soup! ( my mom surprised me with it and I had already started cooking ).
