This hasn't been done in a few days so I'll start it again

Breakfast
Total raisonbran cereal
banana
1 cup of coffee


Lunch
weight watcher chicken suiza meal
1 bag of baked chips
nutri grain bar ( strawberry)

Dinner-
1 chicken leg
a vegetable- corn
snack- w.w. turtle sundae ice cream.

Breakfast: 2 hardboiled egg whites

Lunch: grilled chicken on lite WW

snack: medium apple and tbsp PNB

dinner: chicken, broccoli, sundried tomato, salad

snack: skim milk w/ lite choc syrup

Garden vegetable soup
chicken salad sand on wheat bread

Dinner
2 grilled chicken
spinach

Yesterday -

Breakfast:
2 waffles with a small drizzle of syrup

No am snack

Lunch:
large salad with grape tomatoes, red pepper, 5 croutons, 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese, light balsamic vinegar

Snack:
Green Giant steamed veggie

Dinner:
Sausage and Peppers and Onions, 1/2 cup brown rice

Snack: 1 cup popcorn

Yesterday -

Breakfast: 1 cup cheerios with skim milk

Am snack: Fiber 1 bar

Lunch: tuna with 1 tbsp light mayo and red pepper sticks

Pm snack: 1 rice cake

Dinner: 1 bonelss pork chop with carmelized apples, whole wheat couscous, steamed asparagus

no dessert

Breakfast: apple with honey

AM Snack: Fiber One Bar

Lunch: WW Smart Ones (2 pts)

PM snack: 24 pretzel sticks

Dinner: 4oz skirt steak, steamed veggies, biscuit

Desert: 1 cup popcorn

Am I the only one still keeping track?

Yesterday I was really bad...

Breakfast: "low fat" blueberry muffin from D&D toasted with butter

AM snack: chocolate cupcake with choc frosting

Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat bread

PM snack: chocolate cupcake with choc frosting Chat Icon

another snack: peas

Dinner: 4 pierogi with applesauce and 2 slices Texas Toast

no desert

Yesterday and today i was bad, This weekend was birthday celebrations... I went over my points, But tomorrow will be better and back to normal..

Yesterday
Frenchtoast (2 small ones)
Eggs
coffee

Lunch
No lunch

Dinner
2 pieces of grilled chicken ( 1 leg, 1 breast)
spagetti squash
escrow
sweet potato

1 small piece of cheesecake and ice cream cake..

Today
3 small pancakes (w.w. )
coffee

Lunch-
1 cheese pizza
1 decafe coffee


Dinner
1 Italian hero ( small)
1 tablespoon of macaroni salad
caesar salad.

Breakfast: Low Fat Granola Bar

AM Snack: 1 slice cantelope

Lunch: very big salad with raspberry vinegret salad.

PM snack: 1 chocolate covered strawberry, popcorn

Dinner: shrimp scampi with penne

Dessert: popcorn
