Re: Gender Preference
With my first I sort of wanted a girl first because I have 3 older brothers and always wanted an older sister, but I just knew he was a boy, and was happy. With my second I had no preference, thought a girl would be a fun change, and a brother for my DS would be so much fun, I had a girl. This time again I have zero preference. A girl would be easier on me because my DD and this baby will be so close in age, but I love being a boy mommy so much another boy would make me equally as happy.

Re: Gender Preference
i never really cared but i am happy that i am able to experience both girls and boys. i think if i had 2 boys or 2 girls, i would have had some sort of preference with #3

Re: Gender Preference
Never ever cared what I had really, but I kinda always thought having a son would be amazing (which I know is weird, cause most women tend to dream about having a daughter).
After having one son, I loved it so much I thought how cool it would be to have a bunch of boys...got my wish!! 3 beautiful boys for me! LOL! I still have dreams of DH and my boys opening a delicious pizzeria or bakery together, lol!! We shall see...

Gender Preference
this is my 3rd and b.c I already have a girl (6 yrs old) and a boy(3 yrd old)l, I have no preference however, my daughter really wants a sister. She draws pictures and it's always her holding her baby sister and I am scared out of my mind. I really think I am having a boy and i'd hate to disappoint her.i even wonder if I should have gender swayed- crazy, I know!! i hate that i think that but i just don't want any tears or disappointment. she gets along with her brother but of course he plays different b.c he is a boy. i will be happy either way but hoping it will all work out regardless of gender. i just really want a healthy happy baby.

Re: Gender Preference
I didn't have a preference with my first but if I didn't have a girl the first time I think I would be wishing for a girl the second time since I always imagined doing the girly things together.
Since we have our girl, I had no preference for this one. I always wanted a sister so I would've been thrilled with another girl. However, if anything I was slightly hoping more for a boy since that's what Dh wanted (he got the little girl he always wanted already). We don't plan on more than two so when they said it was a boy we were estatic.

Gender Preference
I never thought I had a preference but with #2 when they said girl I was thrilled. I love my boy and honestly would have been happy with another but when I heard girl it was awesome.

Re: Gender Preference
I didn't care either pregnancy. And I truly mean that. I had zero preference. My dh didn't have a preference either. With all the testing I went through with my second due to an abnormal nt scan all I wanted was a healthy baby. My first was a and my second was a !!! Now I have to admit that I truly love having one of each. It's the best of both worlds!

Re: Gender Preference
I always wanted a boy first, since I was a kid. We were convinced I was having a boy but then about halfway through my pregnancy I really wanted a girl. We ended up having a girl.
With our second I really wanted another girl but we had a boy. Now I can't imagine it any other way, it's the best of both worlds. If we ever had a third I'd really like another girl but I'd be happy with a boy too. Anything would be a blessing.

Re: Gender Preference
I'm pretty traditional so I always thought I'd have a boy, then a girl, which is what DH and I both come from.
First DC was a girl and now pregnant with a boy. This time around I kind of wanted a boy to have one of each but would have been thrilled to give DD a sister, which I always wanted .
