I haven't eaten them at all (I'm 19 weeks) & don't really plan on it. My dr said every once in a while from a reputable deli is ok but I'm not bothering.
I'm going to Disney next week however, and I'm going to have a breakdown if I don't have a Casey's hot dog on Main St. I think i'm gonna cave in...maybe ask them to burn it for me lol

maybe 2 or 3 times during the week, I never heat it up  unless its a reuben. I did this with DD also and the little monkey turned out fine lol

At least once a week - unheated. I just make sure its Boar's Head. I actually just had ham and swiss w/ mustard on a roll today! Yummy in my tummy!!! OB said it was fine unheated as long as it a reputable name from a reputable place.
