I am sooooo crashing this from the parenting website. With my son I had the same thing going on. I spent a full day puking (Which was amusing with the whole I sneeze I pee thing). Contractions that weren't all that bad and a little bit of blood. I called my dr and they said the same "Wait!" Well the next day I had my dr. Appointment and sure enough I was dialated to 5 almost six and full effaced. Evidently during my vomitting I had broken my water which I thought was pee. DS was born not even 3 hours later.  Good luck....let us all know what happens when's your appointment???

Headed home.
3 1/2 cms
Contractions still every 6-7 min.
Instructed to go to hosp if 4-5mins apart. Not a minute sooner.
Internal was a little rough.

Did they say how effaced you were?
I know it's prob very frustrating, but it's good for him to cook a little longer- you're just full term (37 weeks) today, right??
Hopefully the internal stirred things up a bit!
