Thanks, Juju. Congrats on seeing the HB. Last night was a rough night for me. My coughing got so bad, that I actually threw up about 5 times. I stayed home from work and wasn't able to get any sleep during the day. Its 3:22am and it looks like I won't be going to work in the morning neither. Everytime I lay down, I get this tickle in my throat. I'm not getting it as much as when I'm sitting up and awake. I'm really at the end of my rope now. I don't know what to do anymore.
hows your cough? do u have bronchitis? I hope u r feeling better
When I'm sitting up, I'm not coughing as much. If I'm in bed or laying on the couch, the moment I close my eyes I start coughing. I am so frustrated. When I went to the ER on Sunday, they diagnosed me as having bronchitis. I'm on amoxicillian & Robutussin w/codine. I'm coughing up more mucus though. I'm waiting to hear back from my OB because she said to call in a few days, if there is no improvement. I'm praying the DH's family doesn't call tonight because I don't need to hear one more bit of advice on what I should do because DH's grandmother called me last night 3 times to make sure I did this thing that she recommended that I do. I did it out of shear desperation, but it didn't work. I told her that the medication that the doctors have me on is safe, but she didn't want to hear it. For the past 3 weeks everyone and their mother has given me advice on what to do with this problem and I don't mean to sound ungrateful or anything, but I ran my fill of it a long time ago. Just pray that I get some much needed sleep. The kid is in better shape than me.

Wow, you are still sick! YOu poor thing! I know it's not funny to you.....but, when you talked about DH's Grandmother...I shuckled. Times have changed Granny! Too cute. I am sure everyone means well but I would feel the same way as you.

Re: JANUARY MOMMIES - POST ON THIS THREAD INSTEAD
I'm 7 weeks tomorrow. I'm busting. I need to tell the world. I'm telling the rest of my family next week and friends at the end of the month. Once I hit 12, work will find out.
I'm feeling really good...alsmost too good, it freaks me out.

Re: JANUARY MOMMIES - POST ON THIS THREAD INSTEAD
Thanks ladies for the well wishes. I actually feel a lot better now. My mom came over yesterday and brought my facial steamer along with this herbal aromatherapy that I use with it. Sure enough as soon as I started inhaling it all in, I started to throw up and it did the trick. I still have a little coughing left and coughing up stuff, but I was able to sleep!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a happy preggo now

Re: JANUARY MOMMIES - POST ON THIS THREAD INSTEAD
hi girls - - - tomorrow will be 3 months (12 weeks) for me. It seems like it took forever for me to get here. I feel good, need to go to get like 11 hours of sleep tho at nite..... and could use more if i didnt have to work. i have NO appetitie and have to force myself to eat veggies fruits b/c they make me feel so nauseas. coke (i TRY to get caffeine free when available, sometimes not) is the ONLY thing that helps my nausea. but.... i feel good otherwise. gonna tell everyone in the next couple days!!! so excited/ yet nervous. next tues i am getting my ultra screen. i dont think it is nec but hubby wants it, he's so into me getting all these tests done, finding out sex etc! guess he doesnt want any surprises! feel good all. is anyone showing yet?

Did you tell family members yet? Can't wait to hear the results of the U/S!
As for me, today, I am 9 weeks. I am still on progesterone in oil and caps. Hoepfully, this week my RE will get me off of them. I am going to my OBGYN appt. this wednesday! Yippee!

Re: JANUARY MOMMIES - POST ON THIS THREAD INSTEAD
I'm 10w3d. Last night and this morning I've been feeling nauseous. I'm also smacked in the middle of moving. DH and I are moving into a bigger apt in my friend's 2 family house this Saturday. I'm a little freaked out with the packing. Yesterday DH is like can I help and I'm like, no I'm doing alright. I'm not overdoing it and I take a lot of breaks in between. I'm just too much of a control freak, I got to do everything myself.
My bronchitis is getting better, still coughing at times, but at least I can sleep. I go back to the ob this Saturday (moving day). Last night I had this weird feeling on my left side, sort of like a flutter. I had the same thing last week on the same side. Is it too early to feel the baby moving?

Re: JANUARY MOMMIES - POST ON THIS THREAD INSTEAD
I'm 10 weeks 2 days. I'm feeling pretty good. Still peeing like a maniac (mainly due to all the water I'm drinking). I did a bad thing, I gave into my craving for Coldstone on Saturday Night, but then found out that Coldstone is a no-no while preggos because its non-pasturized. Oh well, no cake batter for me (rats, its the only ice cream I like).
Just really exhausted and in the last week I notice my belly beginning to feel harder and harder (YIPPY!). I also have been feeling this weird full/hungry feeling. I had this earlier on, but its back again, oh well. Can't wait for my next Doctor's apt!!
