I'm so sorry!! My dad's first wife had diabetes and all my half brothers and half sister have it......they all have done well with managing it. I hope you're ok, good luck at your next doctors visit!

I just want to say thank you to all you ladies who sent me FMs and posted on here. 
I'm not gonna let this get me down....just not my style.  I can't be one of those people to boo-hooo and cry about my health all day long and feel sorry for myself. I despise that way of dealing with things, and I'm not gonna be weak! What good will that do for me? I'm gonna do what I have to for my health and just take it from there. I can manage this and hopefully beat it!
So thanks for the warm wishes!!!!

I'm only glad they discovered it NOW so that you are aware of it and it won't interfere with your pregnancies.

Well the Metformin may hurt your stomach BUT it will help you with your diabetes and getting pregnant. Your body will adjust to it with a few diet changes. It's not that bad.

I'm so sorry to hear that. It sounds like you are taking steps in the right direction with going to the gym and eating better. Hopefully this will be something you can control on your own.

I'm so sorry!!
I was just diagnosed with gestastional diabetes, and while it wasn't a shock (my dad, and both grandmothers have diabetes) I'm totally bummed.
Be happy they caught it now!!
