Mask wearing-why is it such a big deal?
Republican events are super spreaders. But Obama’s party isn’t? I love how they know this virus knows which political party you belong to!

I’ll give an example, my youngest is notorious for putting things in her mouth. Puts her hands in her mouth. Exposed to germs. That is one of the biggest ways we are exposed to germs. Through our hands. In the beginning of Covid I couldn’t believe how many times I put my hands in my mouth until I wore a mask. Open the plastic bag at the grocery store. Hold my credit card in my mouth. Flip the page of a book. Etc. when wearing masks you are not doing that as much. Thus not being exposed to as many germs.
Better hygiene such as washing your hands more and not putting everything in your mouth doesn't weaken our immune system and certainly isn't why the virus is mutating. But ok. Whatever you say.

It amazes me how much people share especially now when companies and schools have so much access to what is said on social media and it can and is used against you at anytime.

My vaccine card has no expiration date or mention of "how long it's good for" so there's that. It simply states what vaccine you got and when. Where exactly are you seeing stipulations regarding how long they are good for? I haven't seen any such thing.

Talk about being on all day. Have you done anything else? I worked all day, emptied the dishwasher, went to a car show, cooked and eaten dinner. I remember multiple people saying how they didn’t realize how many things they touch then go on to touch their face until they wore a mask. THAT IS A WAY GERMS SPREAD.
I’m still waiting for you to back up the science on all the other examples I have of our “leadership” not following science.

She is wasting it as she has said she will never go back to work. I have all respect for SAHM's who halt their careers to raise children as many lose money and positions while staying at home and then returning.
Not jealous at all. I have worked out of the home, working in the home now, been on maternity leave for a total of 6 months. All have had pros and cons.
Working from home actually allows me to be with my kids (as much as they are home lol), be more flexible AND make money. Win, win

Well your husband’s immune system must have been weakened since you claim he wore a mask at work but still got Covid.

So many things weaken our immune system. Many don't get enough vitamin d, eat healthy, get enough sleep, have a lot of stress.
Funny how babies when they go into daycare are sick usually that first year and if they don't go to daycare and go straight to Kindergarten, they are sick that first year.
They are still building their immune systems up, even at the age of 5 as many never really left the house (even though it is more common for kids to be in nursery schools now) and was around a lot of other kids and people to get sick.

I try not to give out too much info on social media as many do. I am old, not as old as some on this board, but let's just say I am not starting out in the world and have no experience.
