My c-sections were well over 5 years ago!
Of the people I know personally with kids 3 and under (off the top)
1 C sections
5 vag births
And a few I am not sure of.
I only know of 2 of the vaginal births that were completely drug free and 'natural'.

You might want to clarify your question as a "natural" birth is one that is drug free.
"vaginal" and "natural" are not the same

5 vaginal deliveries ( 2 without epi, they had no choice  )

I know 3 other women that hav had c-sections in the past year.
My sister had 2 kids and had 2 vaginal deliveries.
I've had 2 kids and have had 2 c-sections.

In our family..which is very big...there are only a handful that have had vaginal births including my 2.

I feel like everyone I know has had vaginal births. I feel like I rarely find a person I can share c/s war stories with.

I'm the only one I know who's had children recently. I had one of each birth. But I've discussed this with the women in my family. My mom had 3c/s & 1 vaginal. My aunt had both c/s & my other aunt had her only child by c-section.

Over the past 3 years I only have 1 friend and 1 relative that had c sections. The other 8 or 9 babies (losing count here ) born during this time frame were all vaginal (myself included), including one home birth.

Out of 17 kid only TWO were NOT C-Sections

My cousin's wife had 2 c-sections
My friend had a c-section
Another close friend had a natural birth with a 10 1/2 lb baby.

I have 6 friends who had C/S in last 3 yrs , 3 in NJ and 3 in NY and 4 of them had "elective" meaning they had no health issues no emergency situation, that's just what they wanted and drs agreed.

I am the only one in my circle to have a C-section, everyone else has gone vaginally - as for the drugs vs. no drugs, I have no idea that isn't a question I ever asked my friends.
