9/25 45 mins Pilates reformer class.
I have been lazy with the gym the past 2 weeks. I've been so busy. Next week and the week after, I have off for half a week, so lots of extra time to work out.

9/30 workout:
Warmup is 3 Rounds: 25 Double Unders (125 Singles); 2 x Samson Stretch; 10 OHS; 10 Push Ups; 10 Sit Ups)
WOD (Workout of the Day):
800 M Run
15 Clean and Jerk
15 Kettle Bell Swings
4 ROUNDS FOR TIME.
Completed in 35 minutes (don't remember exact time).

Warmup: run 800 M
HIT EACH STATION IN ORDER FOR 5 REPS:
1. Push Ups
2. Box Jumps
3. Thrusters (75/55)
4. Box Jumps
5. Med Ball Clean (20/14)
6. Box Jumps
7. Dead Lift (115/95)
8. Box Jumps
9. Kettle Bell Swing
10. Push Ups
THEN RUN 400 M
4 ROUNDS FOR TIME.
(completed in 37 mins... this was TOUGH and I can hardly walk today!)

30 min on treadmill - between 4.5 and 5,5 mph, some upper body weight work and abs.

Ok, I promised myself I'd get on the ball this weekend and start exercising again...its been quite a while
and of course I have this awful stomach virus, but I forced myself to do the Mari Winsor Pilates CD
I feel like I am going to barf, but I did it
