Ok, I was so tired when I went back from maternity leave that I fell off the wagon.

However, I am getting used to the schedule and starting to work out again. So here goes...

Friday:
45 minute cardio and weight training combo video

10/30/08 Workout of the day: "Tabata Fever"

Warmup is 1 Mile Run.

Tabata CLEAN & JERK (65/45)
Tabata KNEES 2 ELBOWS
Tabata BURPEES
Tabata FRONT SQUATS (w/ KB)
Tabata SITUP

Tabata = 20 seconds on, 10 second rest for a total of 4 minutes per exercise

Warmup is 2 Rounds: 100 Single Jumps / 10 Push Ups / 20 Sit Ups


Crossfit Workout of the Day 11/4/08

TIMED 1 MILE RUN...

THEN STRAIGHT IN TO...

3 ROUNDS OF:

10 Mule Kicks - TO - Box Jumps
10 Knees 2 Elbows
10 Dips
400 M Run

FOR TOTAL TIME (including Mile).

My time: 9:56 (timed mile) / 30:10 (total workout)

Hardest workout yet!!!

Sat- Eliptical...don't remember how long

Sunday- 4 mile walk with stroller

Monday-4.5 miles with double stroller

Wednesday-5 miles eliptical on level 9

been doing crazy situps, weights, resistance bands

I am really focused...I HAVE to shed some of this before getting pregnant.

Warmup is: 800 M Run, Lots of Stretching, learning correct way to do Deadlifts

Crossfit Workout Of the Day:

15 Deadlifts
200 M Run

AMRAP (as many rounds as poss.) in 20 Minutes



I did 6 rounds (75 lbs. for deadlifts)

I've been housebound with a bad cold/flu and my back has been killing me b/c I've just been laying around. So today I did a 20 min Biggest Loser cardio workout with weights and I feel so much better!

Saturday: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1
Sunday: 25 minutes on the elliptical machine

KETTLE BELL SUMO DEADLIFT HIGH PULL

* After every EVEN round, do 10 PULL UPS

* After every ODD round, do 10 PUSH UPS

(Warmup is 1 Mile Run, 2 Min Tabata Squats, Dynamic Stretch)
