I lost track of when I last logged my workouts on here -
Saturday - spin class Sunday - leisurely walk in my neighborhood Monday - 30 min on treadmill - 4.2-4.5 mph for 30 minutes - treadmill set to random, so lots of inclines!!

I'm back! Its been a while.
At the hotel I did smith machine squats (not a fan of the smith machine but I still have a bad wrist and can't use the bar alone yet) About 105 lbs 3 sets of 12
Then I did some planks
Then I rode the bicycle for 20 mins.
Wish I had more time.

Oct 22 DH is working around the clock, so my jogs are suspended till Saturday.
Walked/jogged with double jogger 5 miles, not together though...to storytime and back

WOD 25 Double Unders (125 Single Jumps)
25 Thrusters (95/ 65)
5 Kettle Bell Swings

Starting up again. I have been working out the part two months but I find posting on this board keeps me motivated. Overall, I've lose a solid 6 lbs, meaning that my absolute highest weight now is 6 lbs lower than my highest weight a few months ago.
Anyways, 10/27/08:
1 hour step aerobics class.
