Where do you do this?



At a CrossFit gym (near me in FL). Check out www.crossfit.com and on the bottom right there are all the affiliates locations. I'm not sure where you live but I believe there is one in rockville centre.

It's hard work, but after just two weeks I already see that i'm so much more toned (and on my way to being the most fit i've ever been).

"The Med-Ball Hustle."

Pick up your Med Ball (20 lb M / 16 lb W).

3 ROUNDS FOR TIME.

ROUND 1:

Run 50 M (w/ Med Ball)

20 Med Ball Thrusters

Run 50 M (w/ Med Ball)

15 Med Ball Thrusters

Run 50 M (w/ Med Ball)

10 Med Ball Thrusters

Run 50 M (w/ Med Ball)

5 Med Ball Thrusters

Run 600 M (w/ Med Ball)

ROUND 2: Replace with Med Ball Push Ups

ROUND 3: Replace with Med Ball Cleans

ROUND 4: (OPTIONAL) Replace with Med Ball Sit Ups

1 hour cardio kickboxing class - the instructor is INSANE....there is no resting!!! I burned 728 calories!! It felt so good to do it though.

45 min Pilates reformer class
20 mins walking / running intervals on treadmill. I would like to say HIIT, but I don't think my run speed was high enough.

Last workout for a while, I am going on holiday and my gym is on a 6 week freeze. Hopefully I can get a few free passes for friends.
