R 1: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Push Ups R 2: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Pull Ups R 3: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Sit Ups R 4: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Air Squats R 5: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Squat Jumps R 6: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Burpees GO BACK TO THE TOP AND DO IT AGAIN - RECORD YOUR REPS BETWEEN ROUNDS

It is killer but somehow keeps you coming back for more! The owners and trainers come up with some sick workouts. I can't believe how my body has changed in the last few months.

Warmup: 800M run & stretch
"The Cheese Stands Alone" 15 "Virtual Shovels" (touch down on each side of 2' cone) 15 Knees to Elbows 15 Push Ups 200 M "Farmers Walk" (1 KB each Hand) 5 ROUNDS FOR TIME
My time: 24 minutes ONE ROUND OF TABATA SQUATS (4 MIN) - AT END OF WOD:) --- 20 seconds on doing squats as fast as you can, 10 seconds rest (for total of 4 minutes)
