Crossfit Workout of the Day 11/13

12 x 2 minute rounds

R 1: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Push Ups
R 2: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Pull Ups
R 3: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Sit Ups
R 4: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Air Squats
R 5: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Squat Jumps
R 6: 200 M Sprint / Max Reps Burpees
GO BACK TO THE TOP AND DO IT AGAIN - RECORD YOUR REPS BETWEEN ROUNDS

This was a sweaty one!!!

11/14 - 30 min walk on treadmilll - 7.5 incline/3.5 mph

"ANOTHER AMRAP"
10 Kettle Bell Swings (24K / 16 K)
10 Wall Balls
10 Push Ups
10 Box Jumps

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 20 MINUTES

Me: 6 & 3/4 rounds

It is killer but somehow keeps you coming back for more! The owners and trainers come up with some sick workouts. I can't believe how my body has changed in the last few months.

Sunday - 3.6 mile run/walk outside
Monday - 60 min weight circuit
Tonight - 2.8 mi run on treadmill

Warmup: 800M run & stretch

"The Cheese Stands Alone"
15 "Virtual Shovels" (touch down on each side of 2' cone)
15 Knees to Elbows
15 Push Ups
200 M "Farmers Walk" (1 KB each Hand)

5 ROUNDS FOR TIME


My time: 24 minutes

ONE ROUND OF TABATA SQUATS (4 MIN) - AT END OF WOD:) --- 20 seconds on doing squats as fast as you can, 10 seconds rest (for total of 4 minutes)
