Re: Official Alli Thread
Most drug stores have the starter pack, the refill bottle is a little harder to find. I've only found one refill bottle in the whole time I've been taking it. They say that some drug stores keep the refills behind the counter because it's such a high price item and popular for theft due to the 'shame' factor.
They also sell at Costco and BJs. I found that Target was VERY overpriced, by 10-15 dollars over CVS. I'm not sure about walmart pricing.

Re: Official Alli Thread
Haven't posted an update in a while, as I think I'm the only one still following this plan... but I thought I'd check in anyway.
I spent a couple of weeks off the Alli to give my body a break. I still lost a pound or two every week without it.
Last week I went back on the Alli and today's weigh in showed a 6.8 pound loss.
So my 4 month total is now 47.4 pounds.

Thanks everyone.
Nope, no side effects as long as you stay within recommended guidelines.

Re: Official Alli Thread
At my week 17 weighin, I lost 3.2 pounds, which helped me meet and exceed my first mini goal which was losing 50 pounds.
Onto my next goal of losing 20% of my original body weight - 16 more pounds. Hopefully I can do this by Jan 1, but with a Florida vacation and the holidays coming up... I will expect completing this around Feb 1st.

Re: Official Alli Thread
Any updates on this???? I am thinking about starting it and now that some time has gone I was wonderring if you noticed any other side effects...are you still losing weight...have you stopped taking it and still able to keep the weight off.
That is what worries me...what happens after you are no longer taking it.

Re: Official Alli Thread
I've stopped taking it for now, as the holidays and vacation time is here, and I'm going thru some family issues where I can't be 100% in planned food mode. I'm still watching what I eat but I don't want to have to be 'perfect'.
I havent had any side effects, and I havent gained back any weight. Once I get thru this patch and into the new year I will defintely be going back on the Alli supplement.

Re: Official Alli Thread
Does the Alli come with a program and diet/menu like other diets? DH is considering doing it and I want to make sure it's things I'll e able to cook easily on a tight schedule...
I read through the thread and must say I'm impressed at the dedication and weight loss! Any new updates?
