How's everyone doing with weight gain?? I'm already up almost 15 lbs at 16.5 weeks.
Congrats on the baby boy! What's a placenta previa?
I just weighed myself lastnight and at 19.5 weeks, I'm up about 10 lbs. I think average for 20 weeks is anywhere from 15-20 pounds, I forget exact number but its around here.

Yay! Congrats to everyone who found out the genders!!
I've gained 18 pounds at 19 weeks. Last month I gained 9 pounds alone! Yikes! Twins are exhausting already! Haha
Anyone feeling their LO move yet!? Baby B doesn't stop moving!! I can't feel baby a as much because of an anterior placenta

I've only gained 1-2lbs so far at almost 18 weeks, but I was very overweight before I got pregnant so my OB doesn't want me to gain that much anyway.
Yes, today this little boy was doing laps in there, I felt him on one side then a few minutes later felt him on the other side. Such a cool feeling!!!

How often are you guys feeling your little ones? I have days when I feel him/her a few times, and days when I go by without really feeling much at all.
I'll feel a random little kick or feels like they're tumbling in there, but other times its quiet.
I think it's not until a few more weeks that we're suppose to feel it at a regular interval?

I'm the same as you....some days I feel it off and on. But some days I don't feel her at all. Still waiting for that first time I know it's a kick. So far it's only tumbles and bubbles.

I very rarely feel my LO.... once in a very blue moon- ill get some movement... Last sono they said it had to do with the position of my placenta.
I don't even wanna talk about weight gain..... Im up like 8 lbs... but had gained almost 10 while ttc.... (I was under weight; having difficulty conceiving so threw the calorie counting and exercise out the window to regulate my period)

I had placenta previa with DC#1... it moved around 32 weeks....
I wasn't allowed to lift and was put on pelvic rest... I had no bleeding and it didn't effect my day to day stuff

I only gained a few lbs but that's a good thing bc I was overweight beforehand, so I'm pleased.
18 wks tommorrow and I do not think I have felt the baby kick or move yet :( but I do tend to rub my belly more. I still feel like I'm not really showing. But we still have plenty of time for that.
We go in Friday for the big 5 month tests. I should find out then the sex of the baby. Assuming that, we are having a reveal with our family on Saturday (doing cupcakes). So excited to start shopping and then it will feel real.
Ps- started taking pre natal yoga an love it. I really think its going to help with aches. :) anyone else taking a pre natal class. I also know Winthrop has some... I need to look into signing up for some classes.

You'll start feeling the baby move soon! My doctor told me sometimes it happens more closer to 20 weeks - everyone's different! I tend to only feel him/her if I'm sitting down and not moving around and its completely quiet or just ate something they enjoy lol.
Where are you taking pre-natal yoga? I was thinking of getting a DVD to start this weekend because my body just needs to stretch out.
So fun that you're finding out this week! It's a good week for us August girls!

We went for our 20 weeks... We found out the sex but not posting till next week in case there are ppl looking... Having a reveal Sunday.... So nervous to have one BC what if they are wrong lol... Does anyone get nervous that they told u the opposite sex lol?

Went for my level 2 today...baby girl looks great! Weighs 9oz; changed my due date to 8/17 but will be delivering via c-section on 8/13!!!!

Can I join the August thread as an honorary member? My original due date was Sept 4 but since I'm having twins, the Dr said he won't let me go past 38 weeks so my new due date is August 21!
I will be delivering at Stony Brook hospital

Soo soo soo cute and creative!!
Assuming our dr is able to tell tomorrow we are having a reveal on Saturday with our families (we will find out at the Same time as them). Doing the sip cake thing.
I am nervous they are going to get the sex wrong... So I am only finding out if the dr says he is certain! I don't want to fall in love either way and then it change.

I haven't really felt baby move either, and this is my 2nd. I didn't feel my DS until 21 weeks thought so Im sure any day.
Glad everyone's doing well! Good luck with scans this week. We had outs yesterday but can't say yet bc people are on here lol ??
