3rd WI (last week) - flat no gain, no loss.
4th WI - down 2.4 for a total down of 7.6

I DID have a stomach virus earlier in the week, so I know I might not see a big number/any number next week.

was down 1.8 at my sunday weigh in... so far down 12.2!! I have been getting compliments lately and I feel awesome! I made an awesome recipe from Skinnytaste..its the chicken parm with spinach... so yummy and easy!

Just saw this.. I go to Wantagh on Sunday mornings! Good job! I'm on week 2 now, I don't expect as great of a loss as last week though.

Baked Chicken with Dijon and Lime
Me, DH and DD all LOVED them! Easy! I did kind of  about the point value she gave though.

I *think* it is about $20 per month. When I signed up, I got three months for $56, but I didn't have to pay the registration fee b/c they were running a deal.
