ONLY vaccinated allowed
So we have had this discussion before and people said there is no place that they could not go unvaccinated. Well my friends, someone just mentioned their office job is requiring them to be vaccinated and if you missed the news yesterday, Radio City Hall is only allowing vaccinated people in.
I am sure these will not be the last places.

Radio City is a private institution. They can do whatever they want. I do not believe the government will ever mandate vaccines for entry to anything, but yes, there will be places that choose to on their own.

For the life of me I can't understand why the anti COVID vax on here won't let this discussion die already. What is left to say???? There are a few posters on here that no matter how many times something is explained to them they'll continue to repeat themselves and ask the SAME questions 1500 more times as well as start 20 more threads about the SAME EXACT thing. Get over it already.
We need GoldenRod to start some more fun, light non COVID vaccine threads.

Once again showing that this WILL be done no matter what the business is. Yes they can do what they want but it is the separation we have been talking about that not right and not just for unvaccinated people as if you are vaccinated and yours wears off and you don’t have a new one in time for whatever you have planned, you might be shit out of luck. Let’s see how happy people will be then.

The general public will know exactly when to get a booster shot long before it's an issue thanks to this wonderful thing called scientific research and the thousands upon thousands of people who are part of the experimental test group since last summer. This won't be an issue that's just sprung on us, we will ALL know ahead of time when to expect that we'll need a booster.
Go find something else to whine about already.

Pretty sure you can walk in anywhere now and get a vaccine at a moments notice so I am not too concerned about not being able to find a booster if I need it for an event.

I wanted it all along but there was no availability due to a shortage of vaccine and the fact that there were limited places to go to get it. Getting an appointment was virtually impossible.
Now that there is plenty of supply and you can walk into most drug stores and doctor offices without needing to go to a huge testing site has made it easier to get vaccinated.

People will know when they have to get a booster. Every choice in life has consequences, good or bad. I made the choice to get vaccinated, I know the consequence may be side effects down the road. I went into this vaccine knowing that. If you choose not to get the vaccine, not being able to do some things is a consequence of your choice. I have no issue if you don't want to get the vaccine. That's your right, your body. I do take issue with people who think they do not have to make one single personal sacrifice in the middle of a global health pandemic. The problem in this country is people have a very "if it doesn't effect me personally I do not need to take any responsibility".

Constant doom and gloom - that's all you ever have to contribute. ALWAYS with the worst case scenario. 
I am not the least bit worried about not having access to a booster. If and when we get to that bridge, we'll figure it out. In the meantime, if a place requires proof of a vaccine

Getting a booster won't be a problem- there won't be a "mad rush" for it because the people who got vaccinated in January will need the booster at a different time than I will since I got vaccinated in April. Vaccinations were spread out so it just follows that so will the booster shots.
As for a private business mandating that vaccinations are required, that's their prerogative. Just like they can require masks or shoes or whatever.

I bet once they see they can’t get a full house all the time, things will loosen up. The percentage of people vaccinated and kids that can not (to see the Rockettes) be vaccinated might not be enough.

I’m fine with it and I’m not vaccinated yet. I’m still waiting it out a bit, need more time to feel comfortable about it.
If it means I can’t return to work or go somewhere then so be it.
It’s my choice to not get vaccinated and it’s xyz’s choice to not let me in.

But it’s not lost on me that it’s a global pandemic we have all suffered through. It’s an unusual time and we can’t go back.
