The discrimination part is what gets me thinking how are these businesses getting away with making their employees get vaccinated. I can’t speak for all but for some people not getting vaccinated is a very serious decision and not just because they don’t feel like getting it. My niece’s job is making their employees getting vaccinated and proving it or they won’t be able to keep their job. This type of arbitrary ultimatum does not sit well with me at all. I mean even in medical jobs when they were trying to make everyone get the flu vaccine, they couldn’t make it happen and that’s the reason why employees like nurses for example, wear a mask instead of getting the flu shot. It seriously blows my mind how this is happening and how more people are not seeing how wrong this is.

Yes we haven’t heard that they would require it. Heck we haven’t even heard when we are coming back and I am totally fine with that with the weather getting nicer :)

That's not true. Plus most people only have antibodies for 3-6 months (some others for longer, but it seems not to be the norm)
My son's school is allowing in person graduation but you have to provide one of the following:
1. Proof of a vaccine
2. A negative test 72 hours prior to the event
3. A doctor's note stating you had covid less than 90 days
They said that they took this from what the standards are, so it seems to be something that is acceptable.

Court works very slowly normally. I'd imagine you filed a suit TODAY and by the time you got before a judge, the vaccine would be FDA approved

Even when it gets fda approved, there can be a chance to establish a law for not making it mandatory as long as people speak up of course. The flu vaccine is fda approved and it’s been a law I believe since about 2013 or so that if u refuse the flu shot and u work in a healthcare facility, u have to wear a mask during a 6 month period (I think that’s the length of time). I’m guessing the same would apply for covid vaccines even when they’re fda approved but again that’d depend if people fight for this.

Yes we haven’t heard that they would require it. Heck we haven’t even heard when we are coming back and I am totally fine with that with the weather getting nicer :)

Same. Haven’t heard one thing from my “larger” company and my hubby’s offer time to get it but never once said they require it to work there.
