Paula's Choice Customer Service Rave!
I decided to give them a whirl and ordered a few samples of various skin care. After I found a few I liked I ordered full sized items.
The one exfoliant I ordered, the 2% BHA, came in liquid and gel and I decided on gel because it just seemed like it would be easier to control. So I get it and it's very sticky on my skin. I feel like it left a sticky film.
I emailed them asking if maybe the liquid would have been a better choice. They wrote back super fast and said that some people do say that but it's a personal preference and she would send me out some samples of the liquid free of charge.
Great.
I get the samples and really like the liquid better. So I email again asking if I could exchange the gel for the liquid.
Again, super fast reply and she tells me that she is sending me the full size liquid at no charge and that I can keep or toss the gel- no need to send it back!
Great customer service like this makes me want to be their customer forever!
