Re: Please share your favorite Crock Pot recipe
VERY SPICY BBQ Chicken-
Source
I'm not big on spicy food but DH liked it a lot.
I used frozen chicken breast also-
-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (mine were still frozen!) 1 Bottle Archer Farms Hawaiian Style Barbecue Sauce (from Target) 1 20 oz. can Pineapple Chunks, drained
Spray the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray for an easy cleanup! Place frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot and cover with sauce. Empty can of drained pineapple chunks on top. Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks while still in the crock pot so the chicken will be well coated with sauce. Serve over rice.

Chicken and Dumplings • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced • 2 cups water • 1 chicken bouillon cube • 2 10 ounce packages refrigerated biscuits Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. 40 minutes before serving turn crock pot on high. Tear or cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces. Add to your crock pot; stirring gently. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.
making this tonight, although the recipe I used was slightly different, didnt say to cut the chicken and I used a whole onion and 2 tablespoons of butter too. Hoping it comes out good

Re: Please share your favorite Crock Pot recipe
not sure if this specific one was posted: my friend gave me this recipe, but figured I would put it up anyway
7 Hour Crock-Pot Pulled Pork Ingredients 1 (3 pound) pork butt (is best) or shoulder 1 2-liter bottle of Root Beer any kind 1 (18 ounce) bottle your favorite barbecue sauce (have a little extra on hand for later in case it dries out upon re-heating) Any kind of hamburger buns or italian bread too. Great over noodles as well!! Directions 1.Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over meat until just covering. Cover and cook on high until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Note: the actual length of time may vary according to individual slow cooker. Drain well. Place shredded pork back into slow cooker, mix in bbq sauce and keep on low/warm setting for an additional 30 mins-hour. Great served with cole-slaw as well (old school style!).
It is YUMMY!

DH's absolute FAVORITE thing that I make:
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 12 oz. bottle Frank's Red Hot sauce 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
1. Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and pour in 3/4 of the hot sauce, all of the butter, and the package of ranch. Cover. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
2. Once the chicken has cooked, use a pair of tongs to shred the meat (I do this with about an hour remaining). Add the remaining hot sauce. Keep warm until ready to serve.
I make these with ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, red onion and cheese. It's a hit every time!
I made this last night and it was delicious!! Thank you!

I don't know if I put this one on here yet, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE it and made it tonight, so I wanted to post it:
Shredded Barbeque Chicken
2lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce 1/2 cup of italian dressing 1/4 brown sugar 2tbsps. worstchesire (sp?) sauce
Mix all the ingredients in the bottom of the crock pot, then add the chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, after 6 hours, take whole pieces of chicken out, shred with two forks and put back in crock pot for the remaining time. Serve on rolls.
It is heavenly!
I made this tonight for dinner and OMG I couldn't believe how tasty it was.
I served it on a kaiser bun with coleslaw on the roll and it was a delicious mess
