Pants. I am so uncomfortable in nightgowns. I had a c-section.

Re: Question about hospital stay for BTDT moms....
I kept the hospital gown on the entire time. They checked me and my incision so much that I didn't want to be bothered. Not to mention I bled through many gowns...so glad I didn't put on pj's! I did bring a robe and wore that when I had visitors/in the hallway over the gown so I felt more covered and comfortable. Definitely bring comfy slippers...they want you up and walking, especially if you have a c-section.

Re: Question about hospital stay for BTDT moms....
For my first two I had fairly easy and quick deliveries so I was home 24 hours later. I just stayed in the gown until the next day, then showered and put on yoga type pants and a t-shirt. I also found the hospital underwear to be great and used that the whole time. Also...bring flipflops that you can easily wear to the bathroom, shower, etc. I'd do that over slippers unless you plan on trhowing away the slippers afterwards.
I did bring my own robe but never really used it since the hospital I deliver at has private suites and I was dressed by the time I had any visitors beyond my parents.
