Question for Toddler Moms approximately 1.5 - 2 yrs
Does your DC put everything in their mouth?
My DD is driving me crazy. She EATS everything.
Chalk, Hair on her dolls, you name it she eats it. It doesn't even phase her.

Re: Question for Toddler Moms approximately 1.5 - 2 yrs
yes we are going through that here also (DS is 18 months old) It starts off because he wants to chew on everything (the 2 yr molars are bugging him) but then he'll EAT it too... Paper, fuzz off the carpet, I can't even tell you what else
I swear I don't know how he isn't sick all the time with all the crap he puts in his mouth and chews/eats
Meanwhile his NORMAL eating habits sukk.. I can sit down and cook this kid a really good meal but he is refusing so many things lately.. I guess he'd rather eat paper most of the time
Oh and let me not forget the best.. trying to drink his dirty bathwater.. YUKKKK

OMG!! Ali was like this for a while, I just said to DH shouldn't she be passed this stage and then all of a sudden it stopped.
I would say it has been about a month or a little more
So I would say about 20-21 months she stopped.

Re: Question for Toddler Moms approximately 1.5 - 2 yrs
thank god I am not alone!
DD drinks her bath water all the time and eats the fuzzies off the rug.
My only difference is she eats really well. So I know she isn't hungry.
I just don't get it. I didn't think it could be her teeth.

I am really lucky DS has never put anything in his mouth. Not even his toys.

Ella was like that. We were just commenting that she seems to have (finally) outgrown it.

I am also lucky also as DS really didnt put anything in his mouth unless he was teething. When he was teething he put everything in there.

Re: Question for Toddler Moms approximately 1.5 - 2 yrs
My DD is actually really good about eating things like that...except for her baby wipe fetish . When I'm wiping her mouth she sticks her tongue out so she can lick the wipe and then says "i do, i do" and takes it and tries to eat it and flips out when I tear it out of her mouth.
