Toddler Moms Question re: Eating
I feel like my daughter has the same eating routine everday
Breakfast: Waffles Snack: Pudding or Yogurt or Veggies of Fruit Lunch: Nuggets and veggies dinner: Nuggets again, fish stick or Spaghetti, Mac & Cheese Veggies (FORCED!)
She will NOT try anything new! PB&J, cheese I mean NOTHING!
What does your toddler eat? Also any tricks for getting her to try something new?

Re: Toddler Moms Question re: Eating
Once in a while he will eat eggs. he'll eat french toast sticks, bagel or toast with cream cheese and plancakes.
Lunch, he used to eat the noodles from soup but not lately. He'll eat meatballs and meatloaf but not hamburger (weird). He loves pizza and fruit is his favorite. He eats grapes, strawberries, blue berries........
It get's difficult. On the rare occations he will eat grilled cheese. Most days he eats next to nothing.

Re: Toddler Moms Question re: Eating
As for trying new stuff, I try to mix in a New food with a food she likes. For instance, I wanted her to try broccoli. I made her broccoli bake one night and she loved it. It was broccoli mixed with penne, a little bit of garlic, onion, EVOO, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, then baked like a mac & cheese. She ate two bowls of it! I used very little oil, cheese and bread crumbs.
OR
I will make a fruit smoothie. I take her yobaby vanilla yogurt, then add fresh mango, frozen blueberries and a banana. I make it thick and it is like a healthy frozen treat!
I would keep trying new stuff. Keep making up combinations and trust me, one day you will find the right combo and your DC will eat fruits, veggies, anything.
I HTH, GL!

Re: Toddler Moms Question re: Eating
Fortunately, Alex eats anything and everything. It has become the joke of daycare, actually
For breakfast, she always has cereal and milk.
For lunch, it's always leftovers from the night before.
For dinner, she eats what we eat.
Some examples:
-Sauteed Tilapia with couscous and vegetables -Israeli salad with hummus and pita -Broiled Salmon with brown rice and vegetables -Veggie meatballs with spaghetti -Pasta with tomatoes, pine nuts, spinach and feta -Egg salad and pita -Veggie burger/veggie hotdog/veggie chicken -Shakshuka (traditional Israeli dish with eggs and tomatoes) -Egg schnitzel with tahini and pita -Vegetarian chili
