Quick help! Chicken recipe to cook in the oven...
I have had quite a day and am in not mood to cook, is there a chicken recipe you can think of that has little prep and i can just throw in the oven for a little while??

Pour italian dressing over chicken and bake in the oven. I've occasionally used other types of salad dressing as well. It's really easy!

I make this also. So easy. I also throw in canned potatoes and peas.

I use stuffing instead of breadcrumbs to bread the chicken (i like the cornbread flavor but any will do) and then melt a little butter and pour it over the chicken cutlets and throw in the oven for 30 minutes...make sure to use parchment paper on the cookie sheet...comes out juicy and crunchy and delish

out the chicken in a pan with cut potatoes, chopped onion, EVOO, pepper, salt, italian seaoning. bake. add a can of peas (strain the water out) for the last 15 minute! easy, whole meal in one, yummy!
