I was drinking in high school and was really ****** so I took a beer bottle and threw it, hurling into the air I felt bad, when all of the sudden I heard a glass shatter, I broke a window in the kids kitchen. I still feel bad but I married a cop so I made up for my sins

In an argument, Slammed a drinking glass onto the glass pane of a coffee table smashing the cup and the enire table into shards of glass.

I punched an ex boyfriend in the nose and broke it. However, in my defense, he was very abusive towards me, and I finally got the courage to get in one good shot back at him and proceeded to never talk to him again (I was like 17, btw).

Beat up a girl at the beach. Raked her face in the jagged shells along the shore.
Several bar brawls. Liquor does that to me.
In HS, a girl was spreading vicious rumors about me. She was dating my neighbor. I went to his house, stomped upstairs, and beat the piss out of her. All while my neighbor (the mom) and my mom were yelling at me to stop.

Other than that, I really am a lover, not a fighter.

I throw things...so I've broken stuff. One time I put a small hole in my parents wall (when I lived there, of course) by throwing my radio. Otherwise, once in a drunken rage I tried to leap across the bed at my DH...then my boyfriend...and ended up knocking myself out!

Violent physical - maybe punching a wall.
Violent verbal were 2 major instances. My EX-BIL's GF called my sister once (after they were separated) to tell her she didn't want EX BIL anymore and for my sister to take him back. While my sister laughed in her face - I went and found her in her local bar hangout. I hid until she went to the bathroom. As she tried to come out - I got right in her face and threated to beat the ever living $**** out of her if she ever dared to call my sister again and proceeded to let her know if she EVER contacted a member of my family again - her teeth would be served to her down her throat courtesy of me.
The second time was when my DH's ex-wife would not stop calling and harrassing him on his cell phone while we were living together. She was already remarried and we were engaged. He stopped taking her calls and she began calling his cell at 6am. I called her cell phone from work (blocking the number) to curse her out all the while her laughing that I could do nothing about her calling him. That night I finally called her new husband at home (did some detective work to get their unlisted number) who pretty much refused for her to speak to my DH any longer. I let him know how often she called to harrass him, the time of day she called since she waited for her current DH to leave for work first. I told him if she ever called him or his parents again - we would file a restraining order against her. He put her on the phone with me because he was so pizzed and he wanted to her to hear what I was saying. She got on the phone and I told her to go eff herself because she didn't know me too well and had no idea who she was effing with! Never heard from the witch again!

Physical violence...probably b!tch slapping my sister in the face...come on...all siblings fight. Throwing a remote and a few other items at DH but other than that nothing to physical.
