Re: Saddest Movie?
The early scene in UP that shows the course of their marriage made me WEEP!
Glory makes me cry when the white soldiers say "Give 'Em Hell, 54th"
Love Actually isn't a sad movie, but makes me cry.

I can think of lots.
No scene wrecks me more than the final scene in The Color Purple when Celie and Nettie are reunited and Celie meets her children for the first time. No matter how MANY times I watch it, I cry like a baby.
DITTO. I don't even have to watch the whole movie. Just that scene. Then i want to bytch slap Danny Glover.

Re: Saddest Movie?
So many make me cry, but I think the ones that made me sob, like even after the movie was over were:
The Notebook Titanic Walk to Remember

Re: Saddest Movie?
#1 Beaches
Terms of Endearment Steel Magnolias
Never been a time where I watched these movies and didn't go hysterical. Also I never passed up the chance to watch any of them either.
DH Asks why I do it to myself... They're just great movies - can't help it.
Marley & Me makes me go hysterical and hug my dogs a lil too much while I'm watching it - but this movie I won't watch if it's on. I'm over it.

Please don't laugh....
But I CANNOT watch the last 45 minutes or so of "My Dog Skip" The first time I saw it, I was sobbing like I had just lost my best friend.

My Life Without Me Kramer vs. Kramer The Champ (yeah, you young 'uns missed out on this!)
The Champ is the 1st movie that I recall bawling my eyes out to. Like, I needed tylenol for my headache crying. I also agree with Kramer vs Kramer. I will add, When a man loves a women This movie made me fall in love with Andy Garcia

Terms of Endearment, the part where Debra Winger wakes up and looks at her mother briefly right before she passes away. Makes me cry every time!

My life
I'll say this one. It was so awful for me, I couldn't even watch the whole thing.
I'll add another vote for this one. It was really the first movie where i sobbed.
My initial thought - Sophie's Choice. ugh...now having kids, i don't think I could watch.
