Stay off the internet!! I know how evil it can be. You're in good hands with your doctors and luckily you followed your instinct and got care right away. I never even knew this could happen.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Step AWAY from Google & various other search engines. The healthiest thing for you right now is to live a healthy life and continue to follow up with the doctor for monitoring.
Hope everything is okay and goes back to normal but please please don't make yourself worried sick over this!!!

Sorry to crash, but my sister was diagnosed with the same thing after having her baby in January. Her left ventricular function was down to approx. 20% when she was diagnosed, but according to her most recent echo, it's already back to approx 50%, so don't give up hope!
She did find some help and support through an online group called A Mother's Heart.
She needed to try a few cardiologists before she found one that she is happy with. I'm not sure if his name, but I can get it from her, if you'd like.
I hope you continue to feel and get better.
