As much as I love my child more than life itself, I would not ever want to be a surrogate for someone else. That bond that bulids during pregnancy is too delicate to fool around with if you ask me. I doubt I could do it.
Plus, I believe if I couldn't have children, there are so many out there who need loving parents. I firmly believe in adoption- always have- well before it was in "vogue" to be an adoptive parent. My DH and I have toyed with the idea of not having a second and just adopting our second.
But this is my OWN opinion and feelings- I don't want anyone to feel that this refect on how anyone else views this issue.

For my sister or my best friend I would do it in a heart beat. I would be completely willing to put any emotional attachements aside to help them be able to experience the joys of motherhood.
