I am just totally  over that update. ***** is their problem!! I'm glad you got another referral, I would not put up with that sh!t. Great first impression there

thats insane. like they do not know how to run an office. i mean you signed in. they knew you were there.
one dr i went to always had a min of 2 hour wait just to get in the room-than another to se her. but everyone described her as "worth it" imo she wasnt. I have practically no wait for a dr now that is way better.

I have waited for 2 hours before at my OB, it was annoying but I knew I couldn't come back. To his defense he had to run out to do an emergency C-Section. However, I will NEVER do it again.

1/2 hr max. I work for a doctor, I never let my pts wait more than half an hour...and that's on our worst day! My pts are usually in the room about 10 mins after they check in.

eta. i waited today for the doc. i had an appt. everyone came in without an appt before me. so i waited an hour in the waiting room. then 20 minutes to see the doctor.. dr sees me and is like sorry you had to wait, you would have had no wait if you came in last night. why didn't the receptionist tell me last night! when i called last night they said they were close!!
your situation is terribly worse.
