UppaBaby customer service RAVE
We have the uppababy gluxe and I LOVE it. Well we had just started using it when I noticed the wheels were wobbly and rickety. Called customer service, took a video of it and emailed it. They sent me new wheels.
Fast foward to this week. We have had the stroller 21 months. I went to close it and it wouldn't lock. Weird. Noticed that one of the screw covers was missing and the frame literally disconnected. called uppababy and emailed pics of what was wrong. They called me the next day and said it could be repaired and we are still under the 2 year warranty but I would first need to send it back. They then said or, we can send you a brand new one! So obviously I picked that option. Same model, 2013 uppababy gluxe, same color. Shipped that same day.
I guess for the pricetag it's good to know how amazing and painless their customer service is.
Unlike Motorola!!! Which is a whole other story. But be warned, the warranty starts the day it's bought...so don't buy a monitor until the baby is here and you need it. So if you get one at a shower, return it and buy it again. And they are strict with their 1 year warranty.

Yes they are great! I have a 2012 Vista and one of the wheels looked like it had a bubble. I emailed them pics and they mailed me a brand new wheel the same day. I actually never sent in my warranty but they enrolled me In it anyways because it was still covered so I got the wheel for free. I agree, for the $$$ their items are, it's great that their CS is fabulous
