I am actually trying to hold off on clothes shopping until I am smaller. I am tapping into sizes that I had saved that are two sizes smaller. I have a long way to go but I will take it! Chat Icon

Thanks Gail! Yeah I am not down about it and never fell off the wagon. I think I had too much salt this week. Chat Icon

I lost a pound! I weigh in myself at home. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon It's exciting, but it's the same pound I've been losing for about a year. I need to bump it up and start making progress!

I have lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks. I also use all my bonus points.
Do you feel like you lose more weight per week if you don't use many or all of them?

I find I lose more if I don't use as many but I think it's more important on how you are using your points.

I notice if I use my points towards healthier items (yogurt, fruit) versus my preferred crappier food (insert any carb in here), I lose weight.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread

Well, I joined WW online last week - I've reached my limit in carrying this extra 13lbs since my wedding Chat Icon

I think if I actually type this out, it will be incentive Chat Icon So, here it goes:

Starting weight - 148lbs
Goal weight - 135lbs

I weighed in this AM - lost 1.5lbs in my first week.

Have to add a caveat - I'm TTCing right now, so if we get a BFP, I'm totally OFF the WW wagon!

Re: Weight Watchers Thread

I weighed in on friday - as of now I am down 8.5 lbs in 9 weeks.

I would like to lose another 3.5 - but I am going on vacation this week so I am not sure what is going to happen...I am very nervous about it, any words of wisdom???

ps....that is excellent Beth!! Good for you!

Re: Weight Watchers Thread

-0.6

total thus far: 13.8

Not as good as I hoped for, but it's OK. I have to go back to being very strict on myself. Not that I feel off or anything, I just went some days without journaling, and you know how that goes... There were some days where I didn't eat enough. I think that's where I went wrong.
