Not to worry at all! If I drink too much or it's a bad time of month, I have that.
Back on the wagon! <- that's the extent of my excerise program.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
I am down 1.6 this week for a total of 33.2
I had a huge non scale victory yesterday. Went out to lunch yesterday with my hubby and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without tomato. When the food comes the sandwich had tomato on it and the waitress apologized. I didn't care I just pulled it off. Then she comes over and says that she spoke to the manager and she was going to give us a free dessert. So hubby was all happy and I was like great I have to watch him eat dessert. Then she comes back and DH orders the apple pie ala mode. Then the waitress comes out with not one but two huge desserts for us In my head I am like NOOOO I have weigh in tomorrow. So I asked her to wrap it and I totally did not eat the free dessert. There is a first time for everything

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
I just weighed in today a few days late because I missed Wednesday's Weight Watchers at Work meeting. I'm steady for the 2nd week. I have 2 more weeks of maintenance & I'm done!
Well done with paying that is. Still plan on weighing in weekly & going to meetings at least 1-2x a month. Definitely don't want to be the person that says they lost x lbs on Weight Watchers but gained it back.
In excercise news, I've decided to try yoga officially. I'm not doing Yoga at Work because I'm not comfortable with my azz up in the air next to my co-workers.

-2.4
A total loss so far of 11lbs.
I said that when I loose 10 lbs, I would cut my hair really short, like I used to have it. It's short now, but I like it even shorter. SO, next week I'm celebrating my 10 lb loss with a nice hair cut.
What makes it better is that my hairdresser has been a huge support to me and she goes to the same meetings as I do. So, we will both be celebrating as she cuts my hair

I didn't get anything
Well I did get a round of applause & even better a healthier lifestyle which I guess does beat a magnet.
I think the leader was too wrapped up in reregistering everyone & recruting to notice. Also my maintenance weight was 3lbs ago.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
I just started WW yesterday after procrastinating for a while. I have a 9 month old and gained 80lbs while pregnant . I still have 40lbs to go and WW is the only thing I know that works for me. Hopefully reading all your success story's will keep me motivated.
