Re: Weight Watchers Thread

A loss is a loss Steph and Chat Icon for all you ladies doing great!!!

So I feel like a human yo-yo, good week, bad week, etc well this was a bad week....although not as bad as I thought it would be.....gained 1 lb

I started this week off a little rough too but plan on being good for the rest of it. It's hard when you start a new job....I'm not used to the change in my schedule and routine. Here's to a better weekChat Icon

Drink water! Drink water! Drink water!

I noticed my munching goes up if I haven't drank enough.

Weigh-in is today. I think I'm up .8 since I weighed myself this am. Not too worried since I'm supposed to be hovering around my maintenance weight.

I had a huge breakfast - well not huge. A banana & a drinkable yogurt but then I drank Acai juice not realizing it's 3.1 points!Chat Icon

Re: Weight Watchers Thread

I am so excited. I lost 3lbs this week bringing me to a total of 10.2. I wanted to hit 10lbs this week and I did! Yipee. I am hoping to reach my goal of 25lbs (short term)by my birthday the end of Oct. I have about 75 lbs to lose altogether. I hope I can do it.

this was my first week weighing in and i lost 1.4 pounds. i was hoping for a little more, but a loss is a loss

I think that 1.4 pounds gone is GREAT. Don't despair, keep going and before you know it those 1 and 2 pound losses really add up....slow is GOOD, remember that!!

I am proud of you!Chat Icon

Woohoo!!! 6.6 in a month is great!!! I know what you're saying, much slower for me this time around too.

I am up .2 this week. I don't think it was for any particular reason. I pretty much stuck to plan all week. My body does this at times, I'm hoping for a big loss next week Chat Icon

Just remember, you never lose inches and weight at the same time. Lynn says that odds are if you followed program well and you see a gain or maintain, it's because you are losing inchesChat Icon
