stainless steel appliances, a bigger MB with its own bathroom, a 2 car garage instead of 1 and a 4th bedroom!

To have the washer and dryer in the same spot. Right now, the washer is in the house by the bathroom, and the dryer is in the garage (which is attached, luckily!)
I'd also like to have all of the work that we're planning on doing already done so we don't have to spend the time or money on it....

A basement, since we have a split level without one. But, I tend to think that someday we will add an expansion and include that. Otherwise, I am A-Ok with what we have!

Hmm, let's see....
I wish we had a bigger kitchen so we could fit a table in it instead of bar stools at the counter.
I wish we had an attic or basement (we have neither, we have a hi-ranch).
Overall, I wish it were bigger... square foot wise. It is 4 bedroom, and 3 full bath, however, the rooms are all so small!

Bigger guest bedrooms, or a 4th bedroom. Otherwise, I am happy besides updating..that would be nice.
Oh and FULL SIZE washer and dryer.

CAC is the first and foremost I would wish for
Open Greatroom/Kitchen
Master Bedroom Suite
Huge property
These are high on my list for my next home.

We are in an apartment, so we're kind of limited, but we'd stay here A LOT longer if we had a 2nd bedroom with a closet, another set of cabinets in the kitchen and 2 more closets.
