Wood floors and to be able to gut the kitchen and the master bath. Some day. We left our new construction home for this house to be our forever home so I am learning a lot of patience living here but we do love where we live and we love having a big yard for DD.

We really wish that our bathrooms were updated. They are the only things we haven't touched in the house.
In a perfect world we would also love to have:
Wood Burning Fireplace
Master Suite with a walk in closet and a really nice master bath w/jacuzzi tub.
An extra bedroom (for a total of 4)

Gourmet kitchen, new Master Bath and Master closet, built-ins in the family room and recessed lighting in the family room. And a fence!
All are on the list to get done over the next decade.

Another bedroom upstairs, my kitchen in the back of the house b/c I would like a deck off my kitchen (would also like the kitchen to be bigger).

I will be living in my dream house very soon, its almost finished!!
Large master suite, his and hers closets, laundry room on 2nd floor, large gourmet kitchen, deck, inground pool, jacuzzi inside and outside.
I cant wait to move in

A mud room for the kids stuff off the back door and a laundry room on the 2nd floor. Oh how I would love to wash clothes then :)
