Sounds like there was no line to me. If there is no line I personally could not care less who gets gas. Pumps open then I see no harm in it. I think the main point is to cut down the lines so if no lines then no big deal IMO.
I agree with this! I would never say anything because I am not a cop! I see peoPle break rules all the time when driving, etc.

The system should have been put into place the same day that NJ did it. That is right, I said it, NJ is better than NY in this area.
Not sure you're gonna find many who would disagree with this sentiment. 
However, Jersey still sucks.
