WWYD?
I am supposed to go to a 60th b-day party tomorrow for someone I really don't know that well. The drive is at least one hour each way to get there. My SIL is hosting it and I dislike her very strongly. We said we would go, but I am 30 weeks pregnant, and feeling every bit of it, and I've to 16 m/o twins to cart around. My DH is trying to get me to change my mind and just not go. Now I would love to not go because this particular SIL seems to find reason not to come to many of our events, yet go to extended families parties. I really wont' know anyone there also. WWYD? I'd love not to go and I'm not sure why I care. I'll still give the woman the gift we bought.

I wouldn't go...the second my dh told me that I didn't "have to" I would've told him to call & cancel for us  Stay home, relax & try to enjoy your weekend

I'd skip it in a heartbeat- why make yourself miserable if you barely know the woman and you have SIL issues? I am sure people will understand being that you are 30 weeks with a set of toddlers running around!

thats a lot of trouble to go through with twins for someone you dont know well and dont like the hostess.
