So I am looking for a new job. A job I REALLY think I want called me for an interview. Its a big insurance company.
Friday: 4:50 they leave me a message. I call back and leave a message.
Tuesday: Didn't hear back, so I call and spoke with the woman who called me. We tentatively set up an interview for today (no time specified) and she tells me she needs to check with 3 people
s schedules, so I give her a list of my availability for next week.
Thursday: Haven't heard back. I left a message.
Today is Friday. I was thinking of calling again, but I didn't want to be too pushy. I wouldn't leave a message, but should I call or let it go until Monday.

Let it go...they'll call you if they want you. It's hard sometimes to just sit and wait but I think it'll look worse if you keep calling.

I work for a huge Insurance Co. and I can tell you our HR dept. in complete chaos.

Me too!
ITA too sometimes the HR dept can be crazy with hiring left and right. i would wait and call Mon or Tues because maybe she is waiting on responses from those 3 people still. Good luck with your interview.
