Daycare moms - question about moving up classrooms
Is it customary to give the teachers a thank you gift? My DD is moving up to a toddler room. She wasn't in daycare during the holiday season - I know gifts are customary then.
The teachers in the nursery were wonderful and my daughter spent 5 months with them.
Just wondering what the norm was.
thanks

Re: Daycare moms - question about moving up classrooms
I didn't because I didn't know any better, but I did tip EVERYONE last Xmas.
DD just moved up to the second Toddler room and I am going to give her teachers giftcards next week as a thank you - so it will make this Xmas tipping season a little more manageable.

Re: Daycare moms - question about moving up classrooms
Thanks.
I figure either give them something now or in December. They'd probably appreciate something now and it will make the holidays a bit easier $$ wise for me.
