I bought some new running sneakers a few months ago and within a couple of months, the mesh tore in multiple places.

I contacted them on their website, added a few pics of the damage as well as a copy of my receipt, and all I had to do was ship them back...a new pair (same style/colors) are on their way to me :)

I've always been brand loyal to NB...I find that their sneakers are the best for my feet and they offer a lot of styles that don't use leather (I don't wear animal skins)...this just solidified my brand loyalty to them! Chat Icon
