LIIVF Monitoring Question
Hi, ladies. I posted earlier about calling LIIVF to notify them I was on CD1 to start the prep for IUI. I called and spoke to the receptionist who took my name and number and said a nurse would call me back. It's 7pm and I havent heard anything. I just called the office and they are closed. Am I just supposed to go in on my own for CD2/3 bloodwork, or should I be told a certain day to go in from a nurse? I never had to deal with starting a new cycle. When I went in for my initial consult I was already close to ovulating so they just told me when to come back next. Help! Thanks!

LIIVF Monitoring Question
I have no experience with LIIVF. Since you're on CD1 now and you could do the bloodwork either tomorrow or Friday, I'd probably just hound them tomorrow until you get a definitive answer from them about what time they want you to go in to have your blood drawn. It would be a shame to waste your time going in tomorrow if they can't accommodate you.
Can you leave a voicemail or message with the answering service for the nurse?

LIIVF Monitoring Question
Not sure about LI IVF, but I know you can just show up at RMA as there are no set appointments.

Re: LIIVF Monitoring Question
If I were you I would just go in tomorrow their monitoring times for blood work and sono are only between 7am-8am however the melville office monitoring times start at 6;30am, so you don't want to miss it. If you want to call melville and give them a heads up before you go in you could do that. They'll definitely take you. If worse comes to worse you could always go in on cd3 if your work schedule allows for it but like I said I'd just call at 6:30 and let them know that your coming in. What office are you going to?

Re: LIIVF Monitoring Question
I am also getting monitored by LIIVF and today is day 1 for me as well. I spoke with the nurses today because I need day 3 blood work. They said come in on Friday during monitoring hours (6:30 - 8ish) (can't exactly remember what time it ends). Hopefully someone will get back to you tomorrow.

Re: LIIVF Monitoring Question
I go to LIIVF in Lake Success and they are usually good about calling back. Also i found out that you can have that bw done any where from cd2-cd5. If your really worried, just go or call in the AM. There monitoring hours are 6:30-8am.
