stitch fix customer service rave

I know many on here use stitch fix so I just wanted to share my experience

I didn't realize my fix was scheduled to arrive while I was on vacation even though you get an email with the date and such
so I wouldn't have been able to send it back on time if I didn't like something
I sent them an email asking for an extension till the following Monday.
I heard back within the hour saying no problem and got my usual email reminder to check out that Monday.

also one time I forgot to check out, I just sent back what I didn't like and it wasn't a problem, they just charged me for whatever I didn't keep once they got the package

Their customer service is great. Once I had a terrible fix - like, BAD. I said something like, "sleeveless only b/c I sweat a LOT and please no skinny pants or skirts" and it was ALL longsleeves, skinny pants and a mini skirt. Like, it could not have been MORE off. So I wrote them a nice email - they credited me back for that fix AND gave me an add'l $20 to give them another try. They really go above & beyond.
