Circuit training (2 rounds of each circuit)

circuit #1
15 close-grip push ups
15 one-leg squats
1 minute of mountain climbers

circuit #2
15 dumbbell chest flys
15 sumo squats
1 m jumping jacks

circuit #3
15 tricep kick backs
15 lying leg raises
1 m straight leg squat thrust

circuit #4
15 lateral shoulder raises
1 m jumping jacks
15 double crunches

circuit #4
15 dumbbell tricep extensions
15 scissors
1 m jump rope
