5/16 - 30 minute personal training session, 30 minute run on indoor track, 1 hr satanic step class and then ab work.

followed by 3.5 mile walk (with stroller)
It was COLD out there today!

Probably won't keep this up but I am posting my new routine (mostly for Julz).
5/18
3 mile run Circuit training (2 rounds of each circuit)
circuit #1 15 close-grip push ups 15 one-leg squats 1 minute of mountain climbers
circuit #2 15 dumbbell chest flys 15 sumo squats 1 m jumping jacks
circuit #3 15 tricep kick backs 15 lying leg raises 1 m straight leg squat thrust
circuit #4 15 lateral shoulder raises 1 m jumping jacks 15 double crunches
circuit #4 15 dumbbell tricep extensions 15 scissors 1 m jump rope

circuit #2 15 seated rows 15 side lunges (each leg) 1 minute squat thrusts
circuit #3 15 super(wo)men 15 one-leg pelivc thrusts
circuit #4 15 reverse bicep curls 15 weighted crunches 1 minute jumping jacks
circuit #5 15 concentration curls 15 russian twists (each side) 1 minute jump rope
PM workout 3 mile 1+ hours of ultimate frisbee playing
I don't think I'm going to be able to walk in the morning.
