I ran 4x last week but never logged it. They were:
2 days for 15 minutes at 6.0 2 days for 45 minutes ranging from 5.5 - 6.0
This week:
Monday: 30 minute Run (treadmill pre-set workout) with various inclines (DEF kicks my A$$)!!!!!
Tuesday (today): 30 minute Run at 6.0......with 3.5 incline for the last ten minutes of my run
Wednesday: Will be same as Tuesday
Saturday: Will be same as Monday's routine

12/22 - 1.5 mile walk
242.8 miles down and 7.2 to go to get to my yearly goal of 250 miles! Cannot believe I am so close!
Gotta kick it up for this last week. No way I will not make this goal.

Goal has been reached! I ran/walk 250 miles for exercise in 2009 with a few days to spare. Whew I am so glad. Now what to do for 2010?
12/24 - 1.2 mile walk
12/25 - 2.2 mile walk/run
12/26 - 3.8 mile walk/run
