45 min Pilates reformer class 20 mins interval running / walking on treadmill, I tend to do 1 min run, slow down for 30 seconds and repeat. 10 mins bicycle

Not sure if I can go today yet, but this is the workout (CrossFit):
100 BURPEE-PULL UPS FOR TIME
This is a Burpee Pull-up The guy in this video did 100 in 19:35.
If DH or I end up going, i'll let you know our times.
