It has been forever since I posted on this one........but for the first time in months.....I'm getting my regimen back.

11/2:

Starting out w/ treadmill. Will try to run for 30 minutes.......but thinking I will last 15 minutes instead! Chat Icon Chat Icon

TECHNIQUE: FRONT SQUATS (3X5 Warmup Sets)

WOD:
Max Reps FRONT SQUATS (40% of 1RM)
800M Run (Keep pace at 85% ME - Not to be used as recovery)
Max Reps FRONT SQUATS (50% of 1RM)
800M Run
Max Reps FRONT SQUATS (60% of 1RM)
800M Run
Max Reps FRONT SQUATS (70% of 1RM)
800M Run

** RUN will be scaled as needed

I haven't posted in forever but have been working out steadily 5-6 times a week pretty much for the year. Need to get back into documenting:)

45 min Pilates reformer class
20 mins interval running / walking on treadmill, I tend to do 1 min run, slow down for 30 seconds and repeat.
10 mins bicycle

Not sure if I can go today yet, but this is the workout (CrossFit):

100 BURPEE-PULL UPS
FOR TIME

This is a Burpee Pull-up Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon The guy in this video did 100 in 19:35.

If DH or I end up going, i'll let you know our times.
