So excited to be posting here again! Started CrossFit again last week... can't wait to have my toned body back (how it was before getting pregnant).
Thurs 10/15
WARMUP (2 rounds) 400M run 10 kettlebell swings 10 mountain climbers 10 sit-ups
WOD (Workout Of the Day) "CHELSEA"
5 PULL UPS 10 PUSH UPS 15 AIR SQUATS
1 Round EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE FOR 30 MINUTES.
Tough WOD, so your choice: 4 / 8 / 12 - (Every Minute, 30 Minutes) 3 / 6 / 9 - (Every Minute , 30 Minutes) 2 / 4 / 6 - (Every Minute, 30 Minutes)
EVERYONE will work for 30 minutes - and scale / modify movements accordingly.
***I did 10 rounds of 3/6/9 (3 pull ups, 6 push ups, 9 squats) and 20 rounds of 2/4/6.
Sore doesn't even describe what I feel today.

10/10 ran 5 miles one hour of mat pilates with ring
10/11 5 mile run
10/12 OFF
10/13 4 mile run
10/14 3.5 mile run 30 mins cycle
10/15 one mile warm up run 30 minutes pesonal training (chest & back)
10/16 OFF

And I beat my fear and tried the Elliptical! I did it for 3 minutes!!
Doesn't sound like much, but I have gotten on and off so many times I can't count! So Wahoo!

and walked 2 and from the gym
total 60 minutes of cardio
too bad I can't walk so well now

I feel really good about my work out today!

Oct 19- 20 min walk, 1 hr pilate reforming class
Oct 20- Nothing
Oct 21- 40 min Elliptical, 15 weights for my legs, 10 min abs, 20 mins pilate reformer.
Oct 22- 1 hr Pilate Reforming Class

at a 1.5% incline
it hurts less to run at this point then it does to walk
but I am getting there...3 days in a row!
